It's simple they are the best in town. There tech Corey is like an encyclopedia with this. He knew what the issue was and how to fix it within 10 min. There tech luke had no fear when it came to getting under my home to fix my duct work. He fixed my leaking duct quick. They found the issues when other companies couldn't. Instead of letting these other companies rip you off call these guys bc If you want great work done right, and not be scared of them trying to sell you stuff you don't need so they make money then call Polk Air

I am extremely impressed by the customer service I received from Polk Air Conditioning. I came home from work and noticed my house was very hot inside and it was around 4pm. I felt no one would be able to help me until the following day. After seeing all the awesome reviews of Polk Air Conditioning and friends referring me to them I called them. I was definitely not dissappointed. A technician was at my house in less than an hour after taking to a very professional individual named Katina. She went above and beyond to provide me and my family with the utmost customer service and even followed up with me later that evening to make sure i was satisfied. I called Polk Air for my mother in law after her A/C would not work right after having it off all winter. Katina set up the appointment and gave me a time frame of 8am-10am which was very reasonable as most companies give you a before 5pm time frame. The technician arrived @ 9am & quickly found the Unit was not kicking on as fast as it should. He fixed the problems & was done within 2 hours. The unit blows & kicks on how it should now. The staff was very professional & friendly. I will use Polk Air for all my future A/C needs & recommend this company. I couldn't have asked for better service, thanks Polk Air!

Our A/C has not worked properly in at least 8 years and we purchased the house new about 10 years ago. I've had at least 3 techs out here each summer and no one has ever been able to make the A/C work properly. Recently I put almost $2,000 into it for new coils and a few months later the same thing, high head pressure, not cooling, freezing up. This time I called Polk Air Conditioning. I was quoted $65 for 1 hour and additional fees may apply if they need to add Freon. The receptionist on the phone was very nice. The repair man showed up on time. My wife says he was a bit scruffy. I talked to him via phone while I was at work. I explained the issues and he seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on. When he was done he called me back and explained THIS… That the clothes dryer vent was putting dryer lint into the compressor and causing the high head pressure. He said he cleaned it out and the high head pressure disappeared. From the last tech he had to remove some Freon because the unit was over charged (because of the head pressure). He said all the other numbers went to text book. So far the A/C has been working normal. It comes on and goes off even in the hottest part of the day. I moved the dryer vent into the back yard. So for 8 years all these other places would come clean it out and not say anything and a month or so later the problem would come back. This company didn’t do that to me and my A/C is working fine. 8 years of problems resolved with honesty for $65 and not a penny more.
