Polk Air was fantastic to work with. They were able to get the permits and get all 3 units installed in time for rough inspections. Both the office personnel and the install personnel were great to deal with. As an engineer, I had a lot of questions and they were always willing to come up with the answers.

The crew that came to my house and installed my HVAC system did a great job and were very professional and very respectful of our property. It only took them 8 hours to replace the condenser and air handler, and that was in the attic in a very tight spot. I'm very pleased with Polk Air.

Polk Air Conditioning did an outstanding maintenance on my A/C. The system was cleaned from all the mold and what have you. After, the technician had an Air Scrubber installed. Well, what a difference this makes. Air is really....well, just clean!!! I notice this every time I come in from the outside. Polk Air technicians do a thorough job of inspection too.

We were completely impressed with the manner in which Polk Air handled our request to have an A/C maintenance schedule set up.
